What you will do

• Support the Worcester Lean transformation program through improvement workshops, value stream mapping, and Kaizen activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve flow, quality, delivery, efficiency, and customer value.
• Coach teams in Lean tools and continuous improvement methods.
• Collaborate with business leaders, functional teams, and external transformation partners on change initiatives.
• Track transformation activities, measure delivered benefits, and report progress through key performance indicators.

Requirements

• Professional experience leading Lean or continuous improvement initiatives in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record delivering business improvement or transformation activities.
• Lean or Six Sigma certification.
• Experience with Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
