Medical Kit & Returns Processor (Medtech)

Location: Brunssum, Netherlands; onsite

Salary: €33,000 per annum, plus an 8% holiday allowance, bonus, and additional benefits.

What you will do

• Receive, inspect, and verify medical kits against packing lists and product specifications.
• Assemble and prepare kits containing instruments, implants, and other components for shipment to healthcare facilities.
• Clean, sterilize, and repackage instruments and implants according to protocols and manufacturer guidelines.
• Inspect returned medical devices, identify damage or missing components, and determine disposition such as refurbishment, repair, or scrap.
• Record kit movements, returns, discrepancies, inventory counts, and audits in the inventory management system.
• Maintain a compliant processing area, operate relevant equipment, and collaborate with logistics, sales, and quality assurance teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in medical device processing or logistics is advantageous.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or medical device processing, preferably involving sterile products.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and time management.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures, work independently and in a team, and lift packages up to 25 kg.
• Basic computer proficiency, including inventory management systems or similar software.
• Fluent English, written and verbal, is required. Understanding of or willingness to learn medical device regulations and quality standards, including ISO 13485 and MDR.
