Designer – Menswear (Sportswear)

Location: Hybrid role requiring attendance at GSIQ in Solihull, UK at least three days per week

What you will do

• Design and develop menswear products across multiple apparel categories.
• Research fashion, sportswear, consumer trends, and new product opportunities.
• Create and maintain design concepts throughout the product development journey.
• Collaborate with Product Development and Product Creation teams on design and fit intent.
• Select materials, trims, and colour palettes, and prepare accurate design specifications and technical documentation.
• Present seasonal concepts, support junior designers, and help deliver products on time and to brand standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Fashion, Sportswear, or Apparel Design.
• Experience designing apparel in a fashion, sportswear, or activewear environment.
• Strong knowledge of product construction, materials, colour, and consumer trends.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating creative versatility across apparel categories.
