Salary: $187,000–$204,000 per year, plus $47,000–$51,000 in immediately vested company 401(k) contributions.

What you will do

• Analyze stakeholder needs, concepts of operations, high-level architectures, and system requirements.
• Develop system architectures, physical architectures, functional allocations, design solutions, and technical documentation.
• Manage requirements baselines, derived requirements, interfaces, configuration changes, and traceability throughout the system lifecycle.
• Coordinate system integration, verification, validation, testing, design reviews, and cross-discipline action items.
• Develop and implement DoDAF operational, technical, and systems-and-services views together with comprehensive SOA solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and communicate with government stakeholders, program personnel, overseers, and senior executives.

Requirements

• Fourteen years of systems engineering experience on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline, or five additional years of systems engineering experience in lieu of the degree.
• Experience with system requirements, architecture, functional allocation, interface control, integration, verification, and testing.
• Experience with DoDAF, service-oriented architecture, systems engineering plans, requirements specifications, interface control documents, and JCIDS documentation.
• Knowledge of information assurance services and mechanisms, including confidentiality, integrity, non-repudiation, availability, authentication, access control, cryptography, hashing, and key management.
• Experience supporting Department of Defense certification and accreditation processes and quantitative system performance analysis.
