What you will do
- Interview stakeholders and facilitate workshops to gather business and technical information.
- Translate stakeholder needs into actionable specifications supporting project planning, design, development, and delivery.
- Create requirements documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with technical teams to validate that requirements are implementable.
- Support system-level requirements analysis, allocation, and integration across complex architecture components.
- Develop requirements engineering standards, templates, and best practices while keeping teams aligned.
Requirements
- TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph required on day one.
- Experience eliciting, analyzing, validating, and documenting stakeholder requirements.
- Ability to translate business objectives into clear technical requirements and specifications.
- Ability to collaborate with customers, end users, developers, and technical teams.
