Cient Relationship Representative (Fintech)

Location: Portimão, Faro District, Portugal; Workplace: Hybrid

What you will do

• Promote payment and financial services directly to businesses and onboard new merchants in the field.
• Assist merchants with verification, activation, and ongoing support.
• Monitor portfolio performance and resolve emerging merchant issues.
• Present product features and benefits to prospective and existing clients.
• Visit clients and attend industry events to strengthen business relationships.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in payments, FMCG, retail, or another relevant sales function.
• Ability to identify business potential and value in technology-driven commercial solutions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and confidence interacting with people at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively on parallel projects.
• Business-level English and Portuguese.
