RFP Agent (iGaming)

Location: Malta (Remote); shift work Monday to Sunday during CET shifts: 08:00–17:00, 12:00–21:00, or 15:00–24:00. Shift times may change.

What you will do

• Conduct customer due diligence and enhanced due diligence for high-risk users and transactions, including PEPs.
• Collect, review, and verify KYC documentation and assess customer risk.
• Monitor and investigate suspicious transactions, fraud, chargebacks, identity theft, phishing, and money laundering.
• Manage real-time alerts, mitigation procedures, escalations, and suspicious activity reports.
• Process player deposits and withdrawals and resolve payment-related inquiries with internal teams and external payment providers.
• Monitor payment-provider approval ratios and improve secure, efficient payment workflows.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in risk, fraud, payments, or AML, preferably in online casino or sportsbook operations.
• Practical knowledge of fraud detection techniques, fraud monitoring, and online payment systems.
• Knowledge of AML, KYC, and EDD requirements and iGaming regulations across different jurisdictions and markets.
• Strong analytical, investigative, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively, collaborate in a group environment, and resolve customer-related challenges.
• Availability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, during CET hours.
