Correspondent/Producer, Creative Content, NBC Boston

Location: Full-time onsite at an hirify.global-designated worksite in Needham, Massachusetts; willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and overnights, is required.

Salary: $90,000–$135,000 per year.

What you will do

• Create high-end multimedia content for social, digital, and linear platforms from concept through delivery.
• Plan and execute short- and long-form productions, including live and taped programming.
• Serve as an on-camera correspondent or host and produce content in the field and studio.
• Develop creative concepts, pitch ideas, and tailor content to department goals and audience needs.
• Collaborate with creative, editorial, management, and other departments on integrations, branding, and ongoing content initiatives.
• Manage projects efficiently while maintaining strong editorial judgment, accuracy, and production quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years of producing and on-camera experience.
• At least 5 years of editing experience with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or related software; knowledge of Dalet is required.
• Experience shooting, editing, writing, and producing both long- and short-form content for digital and social platforms.
• Ability to fully line produce live and pre-produced programming and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States and willingness to work onsite in Needham, Massachusetts are required.
