Producer, Studio & Creative Content, NBC Boston

Location: Needham, Massachusetts, United States; required onsite five days per week at an hirify.global-designated worksite.

Salary: $75,000–$95,000 per year.

What you will do

• Produce a live daily studio show focused on Boston and New England culture, managing the production from inception through delivery.
• Research current local stories and develop engaging, entertaining segments around the Boston zeitgeist.
• Prepare and coordinate multiple on-air personalities to support strong performances.
• Research and create show graphics, including lower thirds and full-screen elements adapted for social media.
• Coordinate with the operations team in a live control-room environment and work with content, production, social media, advertising sales, and marketing departments.
• Produce features and field content in both forward-facing and behind-the-scenes capacities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least three years of television production experience, including live shows.
• Experience leading teams and aligning editorial initiatives, voice, and tone.
• Experience with newsroom platforms; Dalet experience is preferred.
• Experience with editing software; Adobe Premiere knowledge is preferred.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States, availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and an adjustable team-based schedule.
