Location: Bristol, Connecticut, United States

Salary: $54,000–$72,300 per year, based on a 40-hour work week. Actual compensation may vary by geographic region, experience, skills, and other factors.

What you will do

• Oversee the production of assigned video elements, studio show segments, and live-event content.
• Develop creative concepts and integrate visual elements and interactive social media into show content.
• Research news, facts, video archives, and story ideas for current and future productions.
• Produce field shoots, interviews, specialty shoots, and assigned studio segments with guests or analysts.
• Collaborate with editors on high-end video elements using AVID and QEP edit facilities.
• Provide direction, feedback, and mentoring to Production Assistants and Content Associates.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of television studio-show and live-event production processes.
• Experience handling complex production processes and procedures.
• Knowledge of story concepts, teases, original features, analysis clips, specialty elements, and animation elements.
• Knowledge of technology and social media developments relevant to studio shows.
• Strong mastery of sports and sports history, along with strong writing skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; at least three years of television production experience preferred.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Additional television production experience.
