QA Automation Engineer (POMS Ticketing, Fintech): Developing and maintaining Java-based automated tests for a portfolio order management and investment-order platform with an accent on backend, UI, functional, regression, and integration testing. Focus on designing checks for complex data flows, investigating discrepancies, supporting test environments, and integrating testing into CI/CD workflows.
Location: Remote or hybrid work available from Georgia, Poland, Serbia, Portugal, Armenia, or Spain. Relocation to Poland is supported, including visa and residence permit assistance.

is working on POMS Ticketing, a portfolio order management system for managing investment orders, portfolios, trades, and positions in financial markets.
What you will do
- Develop and maintain automated tests in Java for backend and UI functionality.
- Design test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements.
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing across upstream and downstream systems.
- Investigate discrepancies identified during regression testing and analyze logs.
- Support and maintain testing environments.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, QA engineers, support teams, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Middle-level experience in QA automation and backend test automation with Java.
- Hands-on experience with UI test automation, SQL, Linux, and software testing processes.
- Knowledge of the SDLC and experience with CI/CD, including GitHub.
- Experience with Kafka or other real-time messaging systems.
- Familiarity with Datadog, Splunk, or similar monitoring and logging tools.
- Ability to work with complex backend systems, data flows, and automated testing frameworks.
