QA Senior Automation Engineer

Location: Warsaw, Poland, Zabraniecka Office (Targówek); hybrid work model with two remote days per week

What you will do

• Drive the QA automation strategy for mobile and web applications.
• Translate system requirements and test cases into automated scripts that support product stability and quality.
• Build, maintain, and integrate automation frameworks with CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop and test solutions across Android and iOS applications integrated with Salesforce and other backend systems.
• Contribute to application architecture, test design, coding standards, version control, and long-term maintainability.
• Collaborate with developers, product teams, business analysts, architects, Product Owners, and stakeholders in Agile/Scrum environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software testing experience, including practical test automation across UI, API, and non-functional testing.
• Extensive experience building scalable automation frameworks with Selenium WebDriver and Java, plus Appium.
• Experience with cross-browser, cross-platform, and mobile automation; Page Object Model, Page Factory, and reusable test components.
• Experience with API testing using REST, SOAP, Postman, and RestAssured, as well as performance testing with tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices using GitHub Actions, Git, GitHub, and containerized environments.
• Fluent English and the ability to lead quality initiatives across distributed international teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cypress, Playwright with TypeScript, or Robot Framework with Python.
• Experience with BrowserStack and Sauce Labs.
• Experience with Zephyr, Jira, Azure Test Plans, Confluence, and automated test reporting and diagnostics.
• ISTQB best practices and experience evaluating emerging automation trends.
