Automation QA Engineer (iGaming)

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain automated tests for backend, trading, sportsbook, and backoffice functionality.
• Build API test coverage for REST and GraphQL services, including real-time and WebSocket scenarios.
• Contribute to UI and visual regression testing when needed.
• Maintain and improve the automation framework, test infrastructure, and CI/CD-based execution.
• Investigate flaky or unstable tests and collaborate with developers and QA engineers on test strategies.
• Participate in code reviews and improve the automation codebase.

Requirements

• Solid experience with Java and at least 2 years of test automation experience.
• Experience with betting, sportsbook, or trading-related systems.
• Hands-on experience with API test automation and REST and GraphQL testing.
• Experience with WebSocket testing, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of Git workflows, code review practices, and Gradle or a similar build tool.
• Ability to investigate issues and work independently with a complex test environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with UI or visual regression testing.
• Basic Kubernetes knowledge.
• Experience with service stubbing, mock services, test reporting, or issue-tracking integrations.
• Experience with caching or cloud-based services.
