IT Support Consultant, Technical Enablement (Fintech)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid workplace with two office days each week

What you will do

• Provide first-line technical support for infrastructure, tooling, environments, and development processes.
• Investigate technical incidents, identify root causes, and coordinate resolution with specialist and cross-functional teams.
• Own issues from initial investigation through successful resolution.
• Support and maintain test environments and end-to-end infrastructure.
• Monitor automated test executions, analyze failures, and help remove delivery blockers.
• Collaborate with software engineers, architects, business consultants, and product teams while contributing to continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in technical support, application support, IT operations, software delivery, DevOps, or a similar technical role.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of software development principles and the software delivery lifecycle.
• Experience with or willingness to work with C# or another object-oriented language, Git, test automation, CI/CD, DevOps, Azure DevOps, scripting, monitoring, logging, SQL, and databases.
• Ability to read, understand, and debug code and explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work proactively and collaboratively in an Agile environment with a continuous improvement mindset.
