Release Manager (AI/DevOps)

Location: Hybrid work model in Warsaw, Mazovia, Poland

What you will do

• Technically manage solution deployments across development and production landscapes using tools such as CHARM, BitBucket, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps.
• Bundle individual changes into daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and emergency releases.
• Coordinate release plans, timelines, deadlines, and requirements with SAFe Product Teams, stakeholders, and delivery teams.
• Manage cooperation with internal and external technical teams, service providers, and audit partners.
• Identify blockers, manage risks and conflicts, and analyze release management KPIs.
• Improve release management, SDLC, and DevOps processes through LEAN initiatives, no-code scripting, AI agents, and automation.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Release Management, SDLC, Change Management, or IT Delivery.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, with regular communication across different nationalities.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools.
• Knowledge and practical experience with Agile and/or Scrum.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including risk assessment and informed decision-making.
• Availability to support emergencies outside standard working hours and during weekends.
