Senior Staff AI Engineer

Salary: $220,500–$298,500 per year, plus potential cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits

What you will do

• Build world-class Payments & Invoicing capabilities for the Enterprise Accountant Suite.
• Drive customer, business, and technology outcomes by identifying and leading strategic opportunities.
• Contribute hands-on to code, architecture decisions, and end-to-end technology initiatives.
• Design and implement durable, scalable, secure, and high-availability software solutions.
• Guide the use of AI for customer problems and evaluate the accuracy and limitations of AI solutions.
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience developing systems or software for large business environments.
• 7+ years of experience designing complex distributed systems, management products, or business applications.
• Full-stack development experience applying AI technologies to user experiences or backend solutions.
• Experience with SageMaker, Vert.x, LangChain, large language models, prompt engineering, DialogFlow, and Python.
• Experience with React, TypeScript, Node.js, Java, and Spring, plus cloud environments such as AWS or GCP.
• Experience building AI-native applications for at least one year and developing Code Assist tools such as Claude, including custom plugins or applications.
