Commercial Counsel (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Act as a legal business partner to EMEA revenue teams and communicate legal concepts and risks clearly.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage SaaS, professional services, partner, and confidentiality agreements.
• Advise internal teams on contract interpretation and negotiation to accelerate contract closure.
• Prioritize and manage a high-volume legal workflow while delivering efficient results.
• Improve agreement templates, legal processes, and contract compliance with company policies and risk tolerance.

Requirements

• Admission to the bar and good standing, or authorization to practice law in Israel, the UK, or at least one European country.
• At least 4 years of in-house legal experience in a software or technology company.
• Experience structuring, drafting, and negotiating a broad range of contracts.
• Strong written and verbal English plus either French or German is required.
• Legal right to work in the country where the position is based is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Deep knowledge of data privacy and practical experience negotiating Data Processing Agreements.
• Experience with Salesforce, Slack, DocuSign, and contract lifecycle management systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
