Manufacturing Engineering Combat (EFA RHW) (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Perform and update manufacturing documentation, technical instructions, work orders, job cards, and process structures based on design changes and process improvements.
• Provide shop-floor support and resolve issues arising during manufacturing processes.
• Work with the Material Review Board on defect dispositions, nonconformities, waivers, and related manufacturing decisions.
• Co-design and approve improved product designs and manufacturing solutions with the design office.
• Collaborate in multifunctional teams to solve production-line issues and improve manufacturing feedback through Kaizen and practical problem solving.
• Develop and assess new manufacturing technologies, while maintaining product-configuration awareness and supporting future business requirements.

Requirements

• A degree in Aeronautical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or design.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Technical knowledge of CATIA, SIPLA, SAP, MEP, DBC, DMU4D, and 3DAV.
• Adaptability, teamwork, proactivity, innovation, and a continuous-improvement mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience at Airbus.
• Experience in Air Power Operations or Commercial Aircraft Operations.
