FTI System Engineer and Operations (Aerospace)

Location: Sevilla Area, Spain; the role supports airborne and ground flight-test operations.

What you will do

• Collect, challenge, and tailor flight-test instrumentation requirements with stakeholders.
• Define verification and validation strategies and support system design, production, and aircraft integration.
• Coordinate with customers, airworthiness teams, and external stakeholders to demonstrate that onboard systems are fit for purpose and safe.
• Operate airborne and ground flight-test systems, prepare them for flight, perform functional checks, and support flight-test campaigns.
• Process, deliver, and securely store data collected during flight testing.
• Maintain system configuration and airworthiness, including first-level troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Engineering degree.
• 3–5 years of professional experience.
• Spanish at mother-tongue or equivalent level required.
• Advanced English required.
• Systems engineering and MBSE knowledge.
• Availability to work in the Sevilla Area and support flight-test operations.
