Salary: Average monthly take-home pay of HKD 30,000 or above, including an attractive commission scheme.

What you will do
- Handle incoming promotion hotline enquiries from customers.
- Promote insurance products and promotional plans by telephone; no cold calling is required.
- Provide professional insurance advice and identify customer needs.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets.
- Handle ad-hoc projects.
Requirements
- Native Cantonese and excellent telephone communication skills.
- Valid IIQE papers 1 and 2.
- At least one year of call centre or insurance sales experience.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive, self-motivated approach.
