What you will do

• Lead CFO accounting advisory engagements for aerospace, defense, and government contracting clients.
• Oversee client delivery, schedules, resources, profitability, billing, collections, and risk.
• Partner with client executives and sponsors to identify needs and deliver finance and accounting solutions.
• Review work products, participate in planning, proposals, presentations, and business development.
• Implement technical, industry, and functional programs while serving as a consulting resource.
• Mentor managers and senior staff and contribute to recruiting, retention, and professional development.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a large accounting firm across audit, financial advisory, or transaction services.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience, including mentoring and counseling associates.
• Experience with aerospace and defense and government contracting clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, plus CPA certification.
• Intermediate financial modeling and Excel skills, with experience in complex quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Strong communication, presentation, organizational, multitasking, and executive-client interaction skills.
