Audit Senior Associate

Salary: $79,400–$108,900 per year

What you will do

• Provide industry-focused audit, assurance, and consulting services to clients.
• Engage with clients throughout the year, gather information, complete testing, and respond to questions.
• Plan and supervise audit engagement activities.
• Review and perform substantive testing of balance sheets and income statements.
• Evaluate internal controls, identify deficiencies, and recommend improvements.
• Discuss business recommendations with Managers and Partners while supporting associate development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with sufficient coursework and credits to sit for the CPA exam in the relevant state; accounting degree preferred.
• Three or more years of experience required, preferably in financial statement auditing within public accounting.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Strong time management, communication, interpersonal, collaboration, leadership, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Microsoft Suite proficiency and project management experience.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship preferred.
