What you will do

• Deliver industry-focused audit, assurance, and consulting services for manufacturing and distribution clients.
• Build ongoing client relationships, understand business goals, and provide recommendations on accounting, operations, and profitability.
• Assess internal controls, perform testing, identify deficiencies, and recommend improvements.
• Manage audit fieldwork, engagement staffing, budgets, billings, collections, timelines, and client profitability.
• Review financial information and provide business insights and financial statement guidance.
• Mentor team members and support their technical and professional development.

Requirements

• Four-year degree.
• CPA certification.
• At least five years of experience.
• Strong technical audit and accounting foundation.
• Experience leading audit engagements from planning through completion.
• Ability to travel as needed and work directly with client executives.

Nice to have

• Experience with manufacturing clients.
• Experience serving middle-market or larger companies.
• Experience managing engagement teams, budgets, timelines, and client relationships.
• Experience interacting with controllers, CFOs, and other senior client executives.
• Strong software and Microsoft Suite skills.
