What you will do
- Analyze client requirements and confirm data coverage for securities and benchmarks.
- Advise clients on portfolio data modeling, input formats, proxy information, and risk-factor mapping.
- Validate portfolio data, processing logs, configuration files, risk reports, and compliance reports.
- Support global clients with reject remediation, market-value reconciliation, and investigation of changes in risk statistics.
- Deliver initial product training and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
- Contribute to AI-driven initiatives focused on automation, operational efficiency, and process improvement.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant client-facing experience in financial services; fresh graduates may apply.
- Knowledge of financial products, including equities, fixed income, derivatives, market risk, and portfolio management.
- Technical proficiency in Python, SQL scripting, and AI prompting.
- Strong analytical, communication, organizational, teamwork, and time-management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, physics, engineering, economics, finance, or a related quantitative discipline.
