Assistant Health and Wellness Director (RN) (Senior Living)

Location: Jackson Township, New Jersey, USA; onsite role

Salary: USD 40–43 per hour

What you will do

• Plan, organize, and direct clinical operations for the nursing department in collaboration with the Director of Clinical Services.
• Oversee resident care and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and regulations.
• Assess residents before move-in and throughout residency, and develop initial and comprehensive Individual Service Plans.
• Develop and maintain resident wellness programs in partnership with the Activity Director.
• Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate nursing staff.
• Investigate resident and family concerns, resolve issues, maintain documentation, and support billing reports.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current RN license in good standing.
• At least two years of supervisory experience in senior living, assisted living, long-term care, or skilled care.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Windows, Outlook, and Excel, and the ability to learn new applications.
• Ability to perform physical duties including standing, walking, bending, and lifting or supporting residents weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work onsite in Jackson Township, New Jersey, USA.
