Community Liaision (Skilled Nursing)

What you will do

• Conduct outreach to skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and other referral markets.
• Screen prospective admissions, manage admission-related tasks, and process paperwork with residents and families.
• Schedule and conduct tours for prospective residents and referral sources.
• Coordinate admissions and transfers across skilled nursing, rehabilitation, assisted living, and memory care.
• Plan and deliver seminars, speaker sessions, themed events, and family nights with the sales and marketing team.
• Track daily activity, support occupancy goals, participate in weekend call rotation, and manage the skilled nursing marketing budget.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in humanities, psychology, healthcare, or social studies.
• 1–3 years of healthcare experience, preferably in skilled nursing and rehabilitation.
• Experience conducting outreach and organizing marketing events to increase awareness and admissions.
• Strong organizational, communication, multitasking, and deadline-management skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions and use Word, Excel, and other software programs.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive required.
