Program Strategy Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Own and develop relationships with assigned strategic customers.
• Lead recurring meetings covering service performance, system status, key issues, emerging threats, and recommended actions.
• Build and maintain 12-month customer security program roadmaps, including goals, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and deadlines.
• Provide technical guidance on hirify.global products, features, and functionality.
• Coordinate complex production changes across multiple services or technologies and manage customer escalations.
• Monitor customer cases, support security posture maturity, and demonstrate measurable program value.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in professional services, client services, sales engineering, senior technical support, IT operations, or a similar technical role.
• Experience working across multiple technology areas, including email, networking, and data communications.
• Working knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange.
• Strong written, verbal, organizational, scheduling, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage priorities independently, resolve conflicts, and support a 24/7 security operations environment.
• Ability to explain the evolving cybersecurity threat landscape to customers and internal stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with data loss prevention, threat protection, or information security.
• CISSP, CISM, or PMP certification.
