Senior Program Manager (Machine Learning Data Centres)

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of machine-learning-focused data centre upgrades across multiple concurrent sites.
• Coordinate the implementation of liquid cooling systems and high-density electrical power infrastructure.
• Oversee scope definition, contractor management, execution, change orders, logistics, and project delivery risks.
• Coordinate MEP engineering, data centre operations, supply chain, and other stakeholders.
• Lead mechanical and electrical commissioning through completion and handover to operations.
• Use AI-powered tools for portfolio reporting, project data analysis, administrative automation, and forecasting.

Requirements

• Experience in data centre construction, fit-out, or commissioning environments.
• Strong understanding of data centre MEP systems.
• Ability to manage integrated schedules, multiple information sources, and complex multidisciplinary infrastructure programs.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented approach to supply chain constraints and site-specific challenges.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for explaining complex technical issues to diverse stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with liquid-to-liquid cooling systems.
