Lead Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Onsite in the hirify.global Jakarta office, Indonesia

What you will do

• Define and own the vision, strategy, goals, and roadmap for the agent network and wallet core.
• Use product data to identify opportunities to optimize systems and improve user and business outcomes.
• Own product delivery, feature development, and experimentation from requirements definition through execution.
• Build and maintain a prioritized product backlog while coordinating cross-functional delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, data science, product marketing, and regional teams on product and go-to-market execution.
• Share insights and learnings across the organization and maintain stakeholder visibility.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience at a technology or software company.
• Demonstrated success developing product strategy and launching products or features with measurable impact.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, business, finance, economics, or a related field.
• Experience working with distributed teams.
• Strong user empathy and a demonstrated ability to discover and resolve user pain points.
