Product Operations Associate (Web3)

What you will do

• Execute corporate treasury, market-making, high-value disbursement, and swap-routing workflows within defined SLA timelines.
• Investigate ledger mismatches, network delays, banking breaks, and other operational discrepancies.
• Build and improve AI prompts, spreadsheet models, macros, and scripts to reduce manual work.
• Maintain SOPs, create troubleshooting runbooks, and support onboarding and knowledge sharing.
• Communicate operational updates with internal teams and external trading counterparties.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Compliance, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and improve tools and processes.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of operations experience in crypto/Web3, corporate treasury, settlements, payments, or banking operations.
• Understanding of fiat payment rails, stablecoin mechanics, liquidity management, and blockchain transaction tracking.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel and experience with AI tools such as Gemini or ChatGPT, macros, or scripts.
• Strong problem-solving, root-cause investigation, attention to detail, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts.

Nice to have

• Experience in shift-based, SLA-driven, or high-volume operational environments.
• Strong intellectual curiosity and motivation to improve operational workflows.
