What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for customers during property insurance claims.
• Liaise with customers, insurers, suppliers, contractors, and colleagues nationwide.
• Analyse policies to determine claim coverage and establish efficient processing strategies.
• Set up claims, appoint contractors, maintain internal systems, and issue payments.
• Keep policyholders informed through clear correspondence and arrange settlements.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements while contributing to team performance.

• Customer-focused communication skills with an empathetic and professional approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging conversations.
• Strong attention to detail, numeracy, literacy, and IT skills.
• Proactive, adaptable approach to claims handling and customer service.
• Ability to work from the Stoke office, with hybrid work available after probation.
