What you will do

• Serve as a member of the unit management team and deputy for related functional areas.
• Define and implement departmental strategy while representing the engineering function externally.
• Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team through technical and disciplinary management, training, and resource optimization.
• Support project execution and tendering, ensuring active participation in project work.
• Deliver engineering systems, components, and project deliverables on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Monitor budgets, costs, resources, HSE compliance, business processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Several years of engineering experience with strong expertise in plant engineering and project execution.
• Experience managing diverse organizational functions and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong leadership, coaching, stakeholder management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of engineering, manufacturing, assembly, commissioning, products, suppliers, and market dynamics.
• Business and commercial acumen with strong cost awareness across the value chain.
• Proficiency in project management, MS Office, and project management tools, with excellent English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in flue gas treatment and balance of plant.
