Corporate Treasury Specialist (Manager/Assistant Vice President)

What you will do

• Support balance sheet strategy and optimize liquidity, funding, earnings, and financial performance.
• Develop forecasting, modelling, management reporting, stress testing, and scenario analysis for balance sheet and Net Interest Income metrics.
• Review and maintain Fund Transfer Pricing policies, methodologies, Liquidity Premium frameworks, and strategic pricing adjustments.
• Manage daily funding and liquidity activities, including money market placements, borrowings, FX swaps, and intercompany funding.
• Monitor HQLA, liquidity risk indicators, limits, and regulatory requirements for the BOS Hong Kong branch.
• Provide financial analysis and use advanced analytics and AI to support business decisions, pricing, and strategic planning.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in Corporate Treasury and Asset and Liability Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and strong analytical capabilities.
• Ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience using data, market intelligence, and financial analytics for pricing decisions, portfolio management, and strategic planning.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• CFA, FRM, or an equivalent professional qualification.
