Project Manager (Clinical)

Location: Remote in Germany, with Frankfurt or Mannheim listed as locations

What you will do

• Develop and manage project plans covering timelines, budgets, resources, and delivery milestones.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate collaboration toward project objectives.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective strategies.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, provide project updates, and maintain alignment with organizational goals.
• Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and performance metrics to senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate programme management delivery, resolve issues, and develop team capability.

Requirements

• Significant project management and team leadership experience, including managing projects from inception to completion.
• Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is advantageous.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement.
• Willingness to travel as required.
