Construction Manager for Offices and Industrial Facilities (f/m/d)

Location: Berlin, Germany; on-site construction management is required

What you will do

• Lead on-site activities for major office and industrial construction projects, maintaining project timelines and budgets.
• Oversee contractors and execution teams in line with quality, sustainability, safety, and German legal requirements.
• Monitor progress, conduct site inspections, and resolve construction issues.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, documentation, progress reporting, and construction risks.
• Integrate energy-efficiency measures and support green building certification initiatives.
• Coordinate internal teams, consultants, contractors, local authorities, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, MEP Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience managing construction projects for industrial facilities, preferably in an international context.
• Experience with construction project management, contract management, risk management, QHSE standards, and office building design and construction.
• Experience with project planning and control, budget management, and stakeholder management.
• Advanced English and advanced German proficiency required.
• PMP certification or knowledge of PMP/IPMA project management methodologies.
