What you will do
- Design, manage, implement, monitor, and evaluate learning and development programs for global PSPV associates.
- Develop instructional content, including curricula, videos, interactive e-learning modules, webinars, workshops, and gamification.
- Manage learning schedules, event logistics, webinars, workshops, attendance, certificates, feedback, and post-session engagement.
- Coordinate communications, translations, FAQs, centralized mailbox inquiries, and learning content updates with vendors, consultants, and subject matter experts.
- Maintain SharePoint or other learning repositories, LXP/LMS learning plans, governance processes, procedures, and user documentation.
- Track milestones and learning metrics while supporting process improvements and reporting program performance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in learning and pharma, or 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Experience with stakeholder management, communication, resource and risk management, decision-making, negotiation, and leadership.
- Project management, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- MBA or equivalent degree from a reputed business school.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and operate in an ambiguous environment.
Nice to have
- Project Management or Scrum Master certification.
