Software Engineer (AI)

Location: Raanana, Israel; hybrid schedule with 2 days in the office and 3 days working remotely each week.

What you will do

• Build full-stack features for a next-generation cloud-native Workforce Management platform.
• Develop end-to-end cloud features on AWS.
• Orchestrate AI agents and apply AI-augmented, agentic development workflows.
• Deliver AI-driven features directly to customers.
• Optimize components for performance and ensure high-quality, continuous delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related engineering degree.
• Minimum GPA of 85.
• 1–4 years of professional experience.
• Experience with AI-augmented development, including MCP servers.
• Understanding of object-oriented programming and design, client/server systems, and cloud SaaS environments.
• Fluent English and availability for the hybrid Raanana-based work model.
