Senior Software Engineer (Golang/Angular)

Location: Remote in the United Kingdom; in-person interview required, with quarterly one- to two-day team offsites.

What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy full-stack microservices for the Policy Engine.
• Develop real-time and batch decision evaluation capabilities for identity security and the Agentic Fabric.
• Prototype solutions, refine product requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
• Build performant, maintainable software using Golang, Angular, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Design and operate cloud-based services, contribute to deployment pipelines, and participate in the 24x7 on-call rotation.
• Lead design reviews, mentor engineers, and help evolve technical roadmaps and coding standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience with production-grade distributed systems.
• Strong backend microservices development skills, preferably with Golang.
• Experience with modern frontend development, preferably Angular.
• Experience with unit and integration testing, debugging, and performance profiling.
• Experience designing and operating microservices in SaaS or cloud environments, plus familiarity with AI-assisted and agentic development workflows.
