Senior Technology Specialist (B-One Performance)

What you will do

• Support pre-sales activities by preparing proof-of-concepts with client data and contributing to requests for proposals.
• Implement B-One Performance solutions in on-premise and AWS-hosted environments, including requirements gathering, configuration, data loading, testing, reconciliation, and training.
• Support clients in production by addressing business requests and technical queries related to performance and reporting workflows.
• Provide managed services, guidance, and training while ensuring accurate performance calculations from data input through final results.
• Design, implement, and support technical solutions involving ETL, data processing, extraction, and reporting.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, product specialists, engineers, and product teams to analyze and resolve complex full-stack issues.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in a relevant field.
• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Fluent written and spoken English is required.
• Strong communication skills for client-facing situations, analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and teamwork.
• Ability to understand financial logic, investment workflows, and financial methodologies.
• Experience or knowledge of system architecture, application server setup, database maintenance, performance optimization, web services, and APIs.

Nice to have

• SQL and database experience, including Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
• System administration or programming experience.
• Experience with financial reporting or business intelligence systems.
• Interest in capital markets, portfolio management, or financial instruments.
