Junior Software Engineer (AI) (Java/Spring Boot, Microservices): Building and maintaining Java-based cloud-native microservices with an accent on scalable architecture, testing, automation, and reliable software delivery. Location: Sofia, Bulgaria; hybrid remote/in-office

What you will do
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based microservices and cloud-native applications.
- Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver scalable and reliable software.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Use AI-assisted development tools, automation, and CI/CD practices to improve software delivery.
- Create technical documentation, learn new technologies, and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
- Basic experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native development.
- Understanding of CI/CD, automation, testing, and software engineering best practices.
- Interest in Agentic AI and AI-assisted software development.
- Experience with Python and React.
