TL;DR
Technical Engineer (IT Service Management): Providing service management for real-time fraud detection and centralized audit database platforms with an accent on incident response, ITIL processes, monitoring, and regulated financial-services environments. Focus on coordinating production support, planned out-of-hours changes, and infrastructure modernization including RHEL, clustering, and message-queue upgrades.
Location: Bengaluru, India; remote and hybrid work options may be available depending on country.

What you will do
- Provide day-to-day service management for real-time fraud detection and centralized audit database platforms supporting SOX compliance.
- Develop subject-matter expertise in banking applications, services, batch jobs, and integration points.
- Monitor and manage incidents in ServiceNow, including triage, escalation, and resolution across platforms.
- Monitor pre-production and production environments using Dynatrace, Kibana, and related tools.
- Apply ITIL principles to improve incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Support planned out-of-hours patching, changes, replatforming, and infrastructure obsolescence initiatives.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience.
- IT service management experience in financial services or another regulated environment.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL, including incident, problem, and change management.
- Experience with ServiceNow and familiarity with Linux/RHEL and on-premises hosting.
- Ability to work periodically on planned out-of-hours activities, approximately 2–3 times per month.
- Strong stakeholder management across multiple technical teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with Elasticsearch, Kibana, Dynatrace, or equivalent monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of IBM MQ, RabbitMQ, Control-M, DB2 z/OS, Oracle Exadata, or Oracle databases.
- Experience with SOX compliance, audit controls, fraud detection, or mainframe migration.
- Agile methodology and consulting experience.
