Production Technology Support Specialist (Fintech)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for operational and technical support regarding Matrix tools and workflows.
• Troubleshoot issues across internal platforms, websites, and scheduling systems.
• Design and coordinate training programs and maintain documentation in Confluence.
• Manage production-related data integrity, security, and backup procedures.
• Build and maintain Matrix-related websites and landing pages.
• Ensure all production technology systems comply with industry regulations and security standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in coordinating technology initiatives within a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and ability to align technology with business objectives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing federal and state regulatory environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional finance coursework is a plus.
