What you will do
- Resolve employee IT requests through the ticketing system and provide service desk support.
- Manage the employee device lifecycle, including procurement, provisioning, setup, asset tracking, and troubleshooting.
- Support Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Jira, Confluence, and JSM.
- Create and maintain knowledge-base articles and IT documentation.
- Collaborate with colleagues across global offices and contribute to technical events, team ceremonies, and cross-functional projects.
Requirements
- Degree, certification, or vocational training in an IT-related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in IT support, service desk, or technical customer support.
- Working knowledge of Office 365 and workplace collaboration tools.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and Autopilot.
- Experience administering Jira, Confluence, and JSM, with clear and patient communication for non-technical users.
