Senior Software Engineer, Backend (Golang/Java/Python): Designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable backend systems for merchant marketing products with an accent on cloud infrastructure, containerization, and database systems. Focus on leading cross-functional requirements work, resolving complex technical issues, and maintaining reliable applications aligned with engineering best practices.
Location: Onsite in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia

What you will do
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and efficient backend systems and applications.
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for backend systems and applications.
- Participate in code reviews and align solutions with industry standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and bugs.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in backend software development.
- Experience with Golang, Java, or Python.
- Proficiency in cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Git.
