What you will do
- Develop and maintain Java-based applications using Java 21+, Spring Framework, Gradle, and modern software engineering practices.
- Build RESTful APIs, microservices, and data integration solutions using relational databases and efficient queries.
- Troubleshoot, debug, tune performance, and perform root cause analysis across production and non-production environments.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps initiatives, cloud-native development, and application observability.
- Collaborate with Development Leads to estimate, design, and deliver technical solutions.
- Explore Generative AI and AI-assisted development tools to improve software quality and engineering productivity.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of Java 21+, Spring Framework, JDBC, object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL, SQL optimization, data modeling, REST APIs, JSON, gRPC, and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform, plus CI/CD, DevOps, software testing, and automated deployment pipelines.
- Knowledge of Git, Azure DevOps, and Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with scalable distributed systems and debugging; internships, academic projects, personal projects, hackathons, or work experience are acceptable.
