Lead Backend Development Engineer (Java)

What you will do

• Develop trading and asset technology to improve user trading experiences and support stable business growth.
• Own the full lifecycle of core features, including design, development, testing, deployment, production data analysis, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Design Java architectures, optimize performance, and apply high-availability principles to critical system paths.
• Plan and build unified frameworks, platforms, and reusable components for current and future systems.
• Track emerging technologies and apply innovative solutions to business-driven technical challenges.

Requirements

• 5+ years of development and design experience.
• Strong Java fundamentals, including I/O, multithreading, collections, core frameworks, JVM internals, and object-oriented design.
• Experience with Spring, Spring MVC, and MyBatis, including their core concepts and implementation principles.
• Hands-on experience with at least one mainstream relational or non-relational database.
• Experience designing and implementing distributed systems, including distributed computing, caching, messaging, search, and recommendation mechanisms.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with AI-powered development tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
