What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain backend modules for wealth management and financial business systems using Golang.
- Own technical solutions for business requirements and participate in system architecture discussions.
- Design MySQL table structures, write SQL, and optimize database performance.
- Develop Redis caching strategies and implement asynchronous messaging with Kafka.
- Monitor services, respond to alerts, troubleshoot production issues, and support online service stability.
- Write technical documentation, participate in code reviews, and improve engineering quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of backend development experience.
- Proficiency in Golang, C++, Java, or Rust, with strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and computer networking.
- Experience with MySQL, index optimization, transaction isolation, slow query analysis, and Redis cache design.
- Understanding of Kafka or RocketMQ, RPC frameworks such as gRPC or Thrift, microservice governance, and distributed systems.
- Working knowledge of Linux, Git, CI/CD processes, routine operations, and troubleshooting.
Nice to have
- Experience in financial or wealth management business development.
- Experience with distributed transactions, consistency solutions, or blockchain-related projects.
- Experience using GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or ChatGPT for coding, refactoring, testing, and debugging.
- Technical blogs, open-source GitHub projects, or contributions to technical communities.
