Project/Program Manager (Semiconductor)

Location: Onsite in Zhubei City, Hsinchu County, Taiwan

Salary: NT$1,357,919.48–NT$1,837,185.18 TWD per year

What you will do

• Drive cross-functional alignment and decision-making across engineering, product management, operations, quality, service, and supply chain.
• Collaborate with vendors on product development activities.
• Define and maintain program plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor timelines, critical paths, dependencies, resources, quality, and costs.
• Identify and mitigate program risks and issues.
• Lead customer projects, product customization initiatives, and product line extension programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related technical discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Experience in project or program management and leading cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority.
• Experience working in global and multi-site organizations.
• Experience with semiconductor equipment or related technologies.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills, proactive problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn technical products and processes.
