Platform Program Manager (AI)

Location: Taipei, Taiwan

What you will do

• Drive day-to-day execution of platform development and integration programs from planning through delivery.
• Create and maintain schedules, milestones, dependencies, action items, status reports, and project documentation.
• Track progress, risks, issues, deliverables, customer commitments, and product readiness.
• Coordinate Hardware, Software, Firmware, Validation, and Platform Integration teams across project goals.
• Lead program reviews, status meetings, customer communications, and follow-up activities.
• Support platform bring-up, validation, customer qualification, issue escalation, and timely resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience in server platforms, firmware development, embedded systems, or related technology domains.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional engineering projects and driving execution without direct authority.
• Strong project planning, scheduling, risk management, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Strong communication skills in English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with server platforms, AI systems, or data center technologies.
• Familiarity with platform bring-up, hardware/software integration, BIOS, BMC, firmware, or system validation.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies or PMP, Scrum, or Agile certification.
