Technical Support Advisor (Polish)

Location: Fully remote in Bulgaria; relocation support is available for eligible EU candidates.

What you will do

• Provide technical support to customers using medical devices.
• Troubleshoot device issues and explain product functionality.
• Coordinate repair or replacement processes when required.
• Deliver accurate customer support documentation.
• Follow compliance and support procedures.

Requirements

• Polish at C2 level and English at C1 level.
• High school diploma.
• Customer service, technical support, complaint handling, and troubleshooting skills.
• Call center experience, strong communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional experience is preferred but not required.
